FGD Return Policy
- Replacements/exchanges – if you purchased an apparel item at FGD and it does not fit, we will be happy to exchange the item for a different size.Replacement/exchange procedure:– Our replacement/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a replacement/exchange.
– All items have to be in new and unwashed (unused and unworn) condition. If an item has been returned for replacement/exchange in a worn condition (this includes smells, stretching, other signs of wear, damage of any kind, etc.), we will be unable to exchange it or return to sender.
– To request a replacement/exchange, please contact us at FatGirlDay@gmail.com by replying to the purchase confirmation email you received when placing an order on fatgirlday.com.
– Who covers the shipping costs associated with returning the item: The customer covers return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to quality issues.Replacement/exchange mailing address:

– Who covers shipping costs to send the replacement item back to customer: Fat Girl Day will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, based on the condition of the item received. If your return is approved, the replacement/exchange item will be mailed to the mailing address indicated on the original order, unless you provide us with a new mailing address in your request for a replacement/exchange.
– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement/exchange product to reach you may vary. - Returns and refunds – if you purchased an apparel item at FGD and it does not fit, or you are unhappy with it for any other reason, you can return the item for a refund within 14 days of purchase.Returns and Refunds procedure:– Our refund policy lasts 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned due to quality issues, in which case we will refund the full purchase amount, including the cost of shipping.
– The refund should be available in your bank or credit card account within 3-7 business days.
– Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days since your refund confirmation, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
